Within 5 minutes of placing my order I received a call to verify the order details and make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was shocked at the amazing customer service and even if the product wasn’t quality I would give them 5 stars for that alone. BUT the badges I got were fantastic and of the highest quality. I was looking for a wide tire/rim setup on my bike. JC at mean cycle had amazing customer support. The reason I wanted to order my wheel from a dealer vs direct was because JC knows the manufacturer and has better connections if something went wrong. JC made sure the rim was ordered correctly, was really cool to deal with, the pricing was right on. I wouldn't do it any other way His personality was really cool.
