These license plate holders incorporate amber or red LED Turn Signal Lights allowing you to eliminate bulky OEM license plate mounts and turn signals for a clean custom appearance.
The BI16133A and BI16133R are designed to install either in an “up” or “down” position depending upon your specific motorcycle and will fit standard 7” x 4” motorcycle plates.
When replacing incandescent turn signals with LEDs a Dual Load Equalizer is required (BBP Part# BI13304A).

If the BI16133A is purchased it should only be wired as turn signals, if the BI16133R is purchased it can be wired as running, turn, or brake lights. Two (BBP Part# BI13307) LED Dual Conversion Harnesses (not included) are required for each license plate holder when converting to running/turn, running/brake or turn/brake.
